3. User Eligibility

You must be a licensed mental health professional to use this service. By using Brivy, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed therapist, counselor, social worker, or other qualified mental health professional
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Brivy, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for legitimate therapy documentation purposes
• Comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations and professional ethics standards
• Obtain proper consent from clients before recording sessions
• Review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in client records
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
